Awarded with Senior Research Fellowship by NDRI, Karnal, during Ph.D. 1990-1994; UNU-Kirin Fellowship for the year 2003-04 by United Nations University, Tokyo; Best poster paper award at IFCON 2008. Advanced GMP/GLP Training from M/s Pharma Plan Gmbh, Bad Homburg, Germany. Recognized as expert in Food Microbiology by IGNOU, New Delhi & Univ. of Mysore. Achievements: As a Guide, published 2 research papers (both in International journals of good IF)from a single M.Sc. dissertation work, which is a record at CFTRI.
