 1st Class M.Sc. in Chemistry / Biochemistry / Food Science and Nutrition / Food Technology OR 1st Class B.Tech in Food Technology with a minimum of three years of post qualification experience in the area of lipid chemistry / oil technology OR Ph.D in Chemistry / Biochemistry / Food Technology / Food Science and Nutrition with a minimum of one year post doctoral experience in chemistry of oils and fats.
 Expertise in the processing of oils and nutritional quality evaluation.
 R&D project work in the area of value addition to by products of oil industry – oleocueticals, antioxidants, minor components with nutraceutical potential and other food grade ingredients; to develop technologies for nutrition enriched quality oils.
